The Bark Control Collar is designed for the particular purpose of discouraging and eventually eliminating nuisance barking. The device senses the vibration of the vocal chords and delivers an instant static correction that is uncomfortable and startling. After one or two barks, the dog will decide that the discomfort is much less rewarding than barking.

Dogs bark - we want them to. However, barking should be appropriate.

Nuisance barking can be stopped!      

An electronic bark-control collar gives us a tool to teach dogs that innappropriate barking is not allowed. The dog actually trains itself with these units because it learns that to bark is to be reprimanded.

After about two weeks, many dogs lose the habit of nuisance barking and gain a new habit; remaining quiet.

A bark-control collar does not take the place of proper housing, watering and feeding. Dogs want work and/or companionship. If all of these conditions are right and the dog still nuisance barks, then a bark-control collar is appropriate.
