Containment Components
The GroundsKeeperTM is designed for small applications such as urban sections less than 1000square metres, driveway openings, gardens, patios and decks.
The transmitter sends a coded digital FM radio signal through the boundary wire. This signal can be adjusted in terms of range (operating distance from the boundary wire) and cycles per second. The coding incorporates both audible warning and static correction.
The Groundskeeper Transmitter can send the signal through 150metres of cable protecting approximately 1000sqm.
The range (signal field distance from the boundary wire) can be adjusted from about half a metre to 3 metres either side of the wire (maximum 6 metres).
If there is a wire break the indicator lights will go out and there will be an audible warning.
There is a ground wire from the transmitter to the power supply to protect the transmitter from power surges.
The signal is transmitted in 8 kHz or 4 kHz FM Digital so interference from neighbouring systems or stray signals is minimized.
The system can operate with any DogWatch collar receivers and any number of collar receivers to contain as many pets as required.
